The People and Organization Professional - Advisor is energetic, passionate, and a great communicator who values people service. This position will serve as a Manufacturing People & Organization (HR) Advisor focused on People Relations and day-to-day employee and manager topics that arise.

You will partner closely with the site/organization P&O Business Partners to support the daily execution of people strategies while managing and resolving employee relations matters, promoting positive employee experiences, and ensuring consistent application of P&O policies.

This position will develop an understanding of our internal HR systems and processes; self-identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements. This person will be accountable for working with employees across multiple sites, building trusted relationships quickly, and leading with insight, compassion, and creativity to drive the right solutions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible, and impactful. You’ll make an impact by:

Engage employees empathetically, promote open communication, and act as a liaison between employees, leadership, and partners. Spend time walking the floor for visibility.

Identify root causes of conflicts, provide counsel, and propose fair resolutions aligned with company policies. Follow handbooks and agreements as required.

Provide training and promote a positive work environment through defined People Relations (ER) and leadership trainings. Diagnose bottlenecks in processes/systems and ensure accuracy. Recommend and implement improvements.

Audit morale and engagement through multiple data sources, offering insights and trends to key stakeholders. Apply effective communication skills to develop relationships as a key interface and responsive partner to internal and external partners.
