This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to develop your skills from anywhere in South Africa.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions across different industries.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database accurately.
• Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and recruitment processes.
• Learn and apply effective recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
