WAI is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support global growth, based remotely in LATAM. You will partner with hiring managers across the United States, Europe, and LATAM to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
You will develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, conduct screening, and guide hiring managers through the process. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish is preferred, with strong discretion and remote collaboration abilities.
