L&D - Assurance Advisory

Description Kforce's client, a global professional services organization in NYC, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to support a large, enterprise-wide business unit on a temporary basis. This is a highly visible consulting opportunity focused on aligning workforce capabilities with evolving business priorities, technology advancements, and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on learning, workforce capability, and talent development initiatives
* Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder discovery sessions, and performance consulting engagements
* Translate business priorities into practical learning and development solutions
* Develop capability plans that support skill building, adoption, and behavior change
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Talent, Learning, and business leadership teams
* Apply learning science, business acumen, and emerging technology trends to drive development strategies
* Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Support enterprise learning programs, development initiatives, and related project activities

* Understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change, and performance improvement methodologies
* Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
* Experience working within large professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate environments preferred
* Experience with enterprise learning platforms such as Success Factors is a plus
* Familiarity with AI, workforce capability planning, and emerging learning technologies is highly desirable
