We are hiring motivated independent recruiters to connect Class A CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide.
What You'll Do- Contact drivers who have already applied—no cold calling.
- Prequalify and match drivers with carriers.
- Assist with applications, orientation, and onboarding.
- Follow up with drivers throughout the hiring process.
- Daily inbound leads.
- Applicant database and recruiting CRM.
- Complete training and ongoing support.
- Bonuses and advancement opportunities.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
- Recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required.
This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor position with flexible hours. Compensation is commission-based and paid per successfully hired driver.
