Regional Field Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization to identify an experienced Regional Field Recruiter. This position will play a critical role in supporting high-volume and field-based hiring initiatives across multiple locations, partnering closely with operational leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Regional Field Recruiter to recruit and activate subcontractor crews throughout the Northeast region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building networks, spending time in the field, and connecting with skilled trades professionals. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding subcontractor crews while developing strong referral networks across contractor and installer communities.

The successful candidate will be comfortable traveling extensively throughout the Northeast and building relationships that drive long-term recruitment success.

• Source, recruit, and activate subcontractor crews throughout the Northeast territory.

• Build relationships with installers, subcontractors, trade professionals, and industry partners.

• Travel regularly to supply houses, distributors, retail partners, job sites, and community events.

• Attend trade shows, job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate new leads.

• Develop referral networks within contractor and installer communities.

• Conduct screening and evaluation of prospective subcontractor crews.

• Guide new subcontractors through the onboarding and activation process.

• Maintain recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.

• Partner with operations leadership to support territory growth and staffing needs.

• Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, construction, trades, or a related field.

• Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.

• Experience sourcing passive candidates and developing referral-based recruiting strategies.

• Comfortable with extensive travel throughout the Northeast region.

• Organized, results-oriented, and metrics-driven.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or vendor management systems (VMS) preferred.

• Experience working within one or more of the following industries:

• Construction

• Flooring Installation

• Skilled Trades

• Staffing & Recruiting

• Home Improvement

• Contractor Management

• Building Materials

• Field Sales

• Language Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required

• Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred

• High-impact field recruiting role with significant autonomy

Base Salary: $60,000

• Commission opportunities for every activated subcontractor crew

• This is a fully remote position requiring frequent travel throughout the Northeast.

• Candidates must be willing to travel regularly within New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

• $60,000 base salary plus commission and performance incentives
