Supports the People Practices Services Delivery team within People Operations by completing employee data transactions and administrative processes in Workday. Provides responsive support to People Practices teammates, coaches, and hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely execution of operational workflows.

• Completes employee transactions in Workday ensuring accuracy and alignment with established guidelines and policies.
• Provides responsive support for transactional work requests to hiring managers, coaches, and People Practices teammates.
• Provides administrative support for programs including talent assessments, development programs, employee recognition, and compensation processes.
• Ensures workflows such as background checks, pre-employment due diligence, employee transfers, promotions, and separations are processed consistently and accurately.
• Supports performance management administration, certification management, and Learning Management System administration activities.
• Provides relevant information for People Practices events, including Townhalls and Peer Group meetings.
• Utilizes established templates for creation of relocation and per diem agreements.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.

• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Workday Human Resources Information System preferred.
• Experience in compensation administration preferred.

This is a remote position.

Anticipated starting pay range: $37.31- $51.30
