The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruiting for high-impact Go-to-Market roles across North America, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will combine proactive sourcing, AI tools, market intelligence, and recruiting data to build strong talent pipelines and advise leaders on hiring strategy. Your work will help Genesys attract the talent advancing its cloud and AI-powered customer experience solutions.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Go-to-Market roles across North America
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Engage passive talent using Linked In, Boolean search, social platforms, and talent databases
• Apply AI tools to improve sourcing, research, market mapping, and recruiting productivity
• Partner with leaders on talent profiles, market conditions, and hard-to-fill roles
• Use recruiting data and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes

• 3+ years of Sales or Go-to-Market recruiting experience, including passive candidate sourcing
• Recruiting experience in SaaS, cloud software, or a comparable technology environment
• Proficiency with AI recruiting, sourcing, or talent intelligence tools
• Strong expertise in Boolean search, Linked In, talent mapping, and targeted outreach
• Proven ability to influence hiring strategy and partner effectively with business leaders

• Experience recruiting specialized AI talent
• Experience using AI-powered talent intelligence or sourcing platforms

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $85,200.00 - $
