Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Location: Remote (with the ability to travel to client locations as needed within the local area with a special focus on Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, and surrounding areas (some local travel to Columbus, Toledo, etc.).

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (required)
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $30 to $40 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
