One Digital is seeking a part-time remote Recruiter to join our growing team. This 20-25 hour/week role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for our clients, collaborating with hiring teams to understand needs and culture, posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Travel to local client sites may be required within the Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati area though largely remote. You'll need at least 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and
