Administrative Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Services department supporting multiple factory locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site required, Monday through Thursday; Friday work from home)

Pay Range: 26 Pay Rate

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support to multiple factory locations, including data entry and personnel records management.
• Process employment-related transactions such as employee lifecycle events, pay changes, and sensitive forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal HR and payroll regulations.
• Assist in training coordination and support a continuous learning environment.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and serve as a liaison with HR Centers of Excellence.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ years in Human Resources preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power Platform (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
