Grow Therapy is seeking a Provider Recruitment Manager to scale our PGA model, focused on inbound recruitment. You’ll lead a pod of 8+ Provider Growth Associates, coaching them to convert interested providers into engaged network members, reporting to the Director of Provider Recruitment.
This fully remote role offers base compensation of 114,000–136,000 USD plus up to 20,000 USD in variable pay, with 2–3 trips per year.
