HRIS Specialist, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
RSi is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Coordinator to oversee bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees and manage the HRIS platform in a fully remote, Monday–Friday role with EST hours. You’ll ensure data integrity, run payroll cycles, and support HR staff with system questions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years payroll experience, and hands-on work with Paycor, ADP, Paylocity or UKG.
