A leading veterinary support organization is seeking a Director of HR Business Partner – Field Operations. This remote role will support operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, and enhancing employee engagement. Candidates should possess 8+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields, with the ability to travel up to 70%.
Competitive pay range is $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
