Cardiff, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own end-to-end payroll operations across our US and Mexico workforce, and to ensure compliance across all states we operate in.
You will work with King Benefits and our Mexico agency to ensure accurate pay and smooth benefits administration. You will lead benefits onboarding, manage leaves (FMLA, state laws), and be the go-to for benefits questions, while staying current on regulatory changes and partnering with HR,
