We are seeking a licensed Class A Residential Building Contractor to serve as our Qualified Individual (QI) with the Virginia DPOR in a consulting, mentoring capacity.
This is a remote position with a negotiable flat monthly fee for the duration of the engagement; initial term is 6 months, renewable in 6‑month increments by mutual agreement.
