Seasonal Sourcer

We have immediate opportunities for Seasonal Recruiting Sourcers to join our recruiting team.

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions across tax specific roles.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct targeted searches using keywords, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify talent.
• Review candidate profiles to assess experience and alignment with open roles.
• Reach out to prospective candidates with clear, engaging, and personalized messaging.
• Track candidate activity, outreach, and pipeline progress accurately in our ATS or CRM.
• Stay organized across multiple searches and prioritize recruiting activity based on business needs.
• Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels and strategies to improve candidate pipelines.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and thoughtful communication.

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
• Must live and be legally authorized to work within the US.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search.
• Comfortable working with an ATS or CRM to track candidates, outreach, and pipeline activity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and recruiting partners.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
• Curious and resourceful, with a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
• Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or other professional services roles.
