Glean is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our GTM Recruiting team on a six-month contract. This remote, work-from-home role focuses on US-focused GTM hiring, with night-shift hours aligned to US Eastern Time (EST): 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.
You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, engage candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other channels, and build diverse pipelines for US sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and other GTM
