As a Principal HR Business Partner
, you will act as a strategic, trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex business objectives into high-impact talent strategies and optimized organizational design. You will consult with managers at all levels and provide guidance on performance enablement, accountability, and development - and serve as the front door to HR for your clients.

We are seeking an experienced and insightful, results-oriented HR leader to partner closely with our executive team, employees, and business leaders. If you have a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide change, navigating complex organizational dynamics, and fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a strong background in proactive employee relations and coaching, with a proven track record of success in a professional environment.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Is an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrives in complex, highly matrixed organizations and adeptly interprets intricate policy, civil service, or labor relations frameworks.
  • Is passionate about creating inclusive and equitable workplaces.
  • Has extensive experience conducting thorough and fair workplace investigations.
  • Has experience applying digital accessibility regulations and standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) to business processes.
Essential Functions:
  • Executive

    Coaching:

    Act as a thought partner and coach to senior leaders, advising them on complex organizational dynamics, performance optimization, and navigating business transformation.
  • Performance Enablement & Accountability: Collaborate with and advise managers on the performance enablement process, management and coaching tactics, and learning & development initiatives to build a high-automony, high accountability culture that delivers meaningful outcomes.
  • Employee Relations & Investigations: Act as an employee relations expert for both leaders and individual contributors; conduct investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Foster positive employee relationships by mediating complex workplace disputes and guiding leaders on proactive conflict management strategies.
