Requirements- 8+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in learning and development, training, leadership, communication, people development or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with prospective clients and conducting professional conversations
- Able to work independently and follow established systems and processes
- Self-directed, organised and motivated by measurable outcomes
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based compensation structure
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
- Must be based in and authorised to work in the USA or Canada
- Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce
- Remote and flexible structure
