- You will spearhead high-volume sourcing for SpaceXAI's Human Data team.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process with a data-driven approach to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies for priority hires.
- Manage full-cycle hiring including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI and monitor hiring pace.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and high-volume workflows.
- Background in high-growth startups and talent attraction.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
