Job Overview

Recruiter – Full Time – Pay Scale: $66,000 - $83,000, plus performance incentive. Remote work available. Lifepoint Health provides quality healthcare to rural communities. We are a network of 60 community hospitals, 60 rehabilitation/behavioral health hospitals, and 250 additional sites across the United States. • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and recommending placement using varied internal and external methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external candidates to achieve staffing needs aligned with Lifepoint's strategic growth goals.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards: position management, sourcing and advertising, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance; perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience managing an entire recruiting life cycle.
• Three or more years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing experience preferred.
