Recruiter – NATO

McBride, based in McLean, VA, USA, and with offices in Brussels and Bucharest (McBride International), is a Prime Contractor on the NCIA A&AS Framework. We are a management and IT consulting firm with significant professional services experience that includes IT transformation, project management, digital transformation, strategic planning, business process improvement, change management, human capital management, systems engineering, and operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support strategic hiring initiatives crucial to our market expansion.

The ideal recruiter for this role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, displaying the persistence and grit necessary to navigate challenging talent markets while meeting critical hiring targets.

Candidates must belong to an EU/NATO member nation and be comfortable with flexible hours, as necessary, to meet deadlines.
Full time remote (within one hour of Central European Time Zone) position.

• Excellent communication skills to engage both internal stakeholders and prospective candidates

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex challenges and drive efficient outcome

• Hit the ground running on day one and quickly integrate into the Talent Acquisition team leveraging prior expertise to seamlessly manage and advance existing pipelines for key positions within the NATO/International Defense Sector
• Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies and deploy diverse sourcing methodologies to build robust talent pipelines for a broad range of roles.
• Work with McBride leadership to determine teaming needs for proposal efforts
• Recommend and implement strategy improvements as necessary to better meet recruiting needs
