is seeking a remote-first Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring across BDR, XDR, and SDR roles. You will build a top-of-funnel pipeline with Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and outreach, while developing university programs and campus partnerships in the Toronto market.
You’ll partner with sales leaders to set hiring profiles, provide a fast and respectful candidate experience, and maintain accurate funnel data in Ashby for reliable reporting.
