- We are seeking a Director of People Operations to scale our HR operations as we grow and expand internationally.
- You will own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance training, and lead our expansion into new countries.
- Lead the People Operations team and own core processes, making HR more visible and accessible to employees.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to navigate compliance, payroll, and legal constraints in each new country.
- Manage our Employer of Record partnership and build scalable processes as the company grows.
- Chainguard is in the midst of an ambitious international expansion, and you will be central to building the infrastructure to support employees globally.
- You will have real ownership over how People Operations scales, with the opportunity to build and grow a team.
