U.S. Recruiter; Fully Remote

• We're seeking a highly driven U.S. Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract.
• Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and can build strong pipelines quickly.
• Must be creative and persistent when sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for U.S. startup roles.
• Source candidates via Linked In, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and AI tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for U.S.
  
  -based roles.
• Proven track record in proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
