Sentient HR is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to actively recruit child care staff, manage interviews, and onboard personnel to support growth across Ontario.
Ideal candidates have 6+ months of recruiting experience, post-secondary HR education, and familiarity with cloud-based recruitment tools. A VSC is required. The role is part-time (10–15 hours per week) with an hourly rate of $18.00 plus commission.
