Analyst, Rewards; Fully Remote

• Well Be Human Resources is seeking a motivated professional to bring broad-based compensation and benefits administration skills to the growing department.
• The Total Rewards Analyst will assist in designing, implementing, and managing programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the annual pay administration process, market pricing, and incentive compensation programs.
• Conduct internal pay equity reviews and provide analyses for budgeting and forecasting.
• Administer and maintain job, structure, compensation, and benefit data in Dayforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of compensation experience required; benefits administration experience is a big plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to handle complex data and work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
