• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination, administrative tasks, and recruiting operations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, communications, follow-ups, and pre-employment or onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, job requisitions, and postings in the ATS.
• Support high-volume hiring for Distribution Center roles and help ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruiting reports and trackers, partner with recruiters and site leadership, and support recruiting operations initiatives.

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or a related role.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system;
  Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable handling confidential candidate information.
• Remote work capability and availability to support teams operating on Eastern Time; high-volume hourly, warehouse, retail, or Distribution Center recruiting experience is a plus.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
