Ascension is a UK-based recruitment and labour management business specialising predominantly within the Electrical sector.
We are looking for a confident and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to come on board.
The role will primarily involve sourcing, contacting and screening candidates for vacancies across the UK /EU Electrical/ construction industry.
Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, databases and Linked In
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
- Conduct telephone screening and vetting
- Obtain and verify candidate references
- Check qualifications, experience and availability
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming projects
- Assist with candidate registration and compliance
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Friendly and able to build rapport quickly
- Organised and detail-focused
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working towards targets
Previous recruitment experience is preferred, although candidates with strong telesales, call centre or telephone-based customer service experience will also be considered.
