Legal Recruiter; Fully Remote

• Take ownership of active government requisitions and aggressively source qualified candidates.
• Conduct cold calls, Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and networking to build and maintain your own candidate pipeline.
• Screen and qualify candidates, submit them quickly, and follow them through the hiring process.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay and uncapped earning potential.
• No base salary is provided; earnings are directly tied to successful placements.

• Proven recruiting experience, with a strong preference for government recruiting experience.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly when a strong candidate is identified.
• Existing relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, or government contractors are a major plus.
• 100% remote position, open to candidates in the USA and Canada (W-8
  
  BEN required outside the USA).
• Flexible schedule and the opportunity to build a long-term recruiting relationship with TrHN.
