Senior People Operations Manager; Fully Remote

• As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will be an HR partner to leaders across clinical operations, technology, and G&A teams.
• You'll combine hands-on HR execution with high-judgment counsel, coaching managers and shaping talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including logistics, systems access, and exit interviews.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of progressive HR business partner experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leaders.
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong data fluency and excellent communication skills.
