Associate HR Business Partner - Care; Fully Remote

• Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for leaders within the Care organization.
• Own performance-management work for assigned leaders and teams, including coaching, documentation, and corrective action.
• Advise leaders through complex performance, conduct, and policy matters, assessing risk and ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or performance management.
• Experience in high-volume, frontline, or contact center environments.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
