Founding Recruiting & Client Growth Lead; Fully Remote

• Own search delivery: understand client business, define success for each role, build and execute search strategies, and assess candidates through placement.
• Manage client relationships: provide updates, handle difficult conversations, retain accounts, and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve processes: use AI extensively, verify outputs, and refine workflows while maintaining high standards.

Compensation and Ownership:

• Base salary of $135K-$160K with year-one target earnings of $220K-$250K including bonus/commission.
• Variable compensation tied to collected revenue and contribution margin.
• Equity grant with terms documented before acceptance; opportunity for long-term ownership.

Location and Culture:

• Remote role open to candidates across the United States;
  Phoenix strongly preferred.
• Expect a demanding 70-80 hour work week, with weekend work as needed, shared by the founding team.
