- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
- Remote position based in Argentina with fixed Monday-Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm.
- Must be fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
