Bolder Apps is seeking a fractional HR lead to own people operations for a distributed team across the US, Central Asia, Georgia, and Latin America. Expect roughly ten hours per week on retainer.
You’ll run payroll in Rippling, manage recruiting in Workable and Hireflix, and build onboarding and offboarding systems that scale beyond your daily presence. This build role focuses on leaving behind repeatable systems, SOPs, and policies so the team runs smoothly when you’re not looking.
