Location: New York
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for behavioral health organization.
- Manage recruitment process from candidate identification to phone screening and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Senior People Operations Generalist to meet multi-site staffing needs nationally.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated sourcing techniques including social recruiting, referrals, and direct recruiting.
