- Source candidates across different seniority levels and support hiring for a variety of tech and non-tech functions.
- Build talent pipelines primarily across the US and LATAM, using AI tools and personalized outreach.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and initial screening conversations.
- At least 6 months of hands‑on sourcing experience with international markets preferred.
- Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing or everyday workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence using Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search.
