• It blends deep technical analysis with end-to-end program ownership, ensuring pay practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

• Designing and governing global rewards programs, including developing policies and job architecture.
• Pricing the market by managing survey participation and maintaining global band structures.
• Running annual cycles for merit, promotion, and equity grants, including eligibility and budgeting.
• Partnering with recruiting and business leaders on compensation recommendations and compliance.
