The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent aligned with business needs and culture. This role partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to design and execute recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and drive efficiency. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to strategic HR and organizational initiatives and supports the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.

Remote position based in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Mumbai, with pan-India operations.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers in India and globally to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Linked In, Naukri, Indeed) to effectively manage recruitment activities andidentifyqualified talent.
• Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing candidate relationship management.
• Ensuretimelycommunication and consistent updates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with business functions, to recruit for technical and business-critical roles across India.
