Senior Technology Analyst - Talent Acquisition; Fully Remote

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with TA and HR stakeholders to translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Lead follow-up requirements gathering and demos to ensure recruit-to-hire outcomes are achieved.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
• Proven expertise with recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, Hacker Rank, Linked In, and Hire Right.
