Mind Lance is seeking a Recruiter (Sales Hiring) for a 6-month contract with extension potential. This fully remote role recruits Botox therapeutics sales representatives across chronic migraine, movement/stroke, and urology indications (non-cosmetic) on a nationwide basis.
The recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill territories, and partner with Sales Leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to align on offers. Compliance with the TA Playbook is required.
