• Outreach and Ta lent Sour cing : see king act ive and passive can didates , bui lding re lation sh ips thro ugh Li nked In , job board s and attending profe ssional networking events to m aintai n an act ive databa se o f qualified professionals for future openings
• Screening and Interviewing:
  Review resume s and evaluate candidates in partne rship with hiring mana gers to match criteria
• Management: enhance the current recruitment process and suggest and implement new recruitment trends and processes
• Strategic Advisement:
  Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, guiding compensation discussions, and refining qualification criteria.

Qualifying for this role meansyou have abachelor’sdegreein human resources or related field and 5-7 years of related experience . You have worked in a high-volume recruitment setting and possibly have international recruitment experience. You are comfortable with recruitment platforms, Linked In functionality, Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana.

This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, DC for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DC headquarters office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $ 88,000.

- $ 94,000. depending on the experience you have.
