People Operations Generalist; Fully Remote

• Supports Ship Hero employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Owns day-to-day people operations processes and maintains accurate employee records.
• Coordinates US benefits and payroll activities with a focus on compliance.

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, and offboarding with timely communication.
• Maintain HRIS records, prepare reports, and protect confidential employee information.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including 401(k) and other available benefits.

• 3+ years of People Operations or HR Generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of US employment compliance and experience across multiple states.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS/payroll platforms like Rippling.
• PTO and holidays.
