HR & People Operations Lead; Fully Remote

• This is a ground-up opportunity to build and lead the people operations function for a growing India-based team within a global, remote-first environment.
• You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding, and create scalable HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, engagement, payroll, compliance, and offboarding for the India team.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent, scalable people practices and compliance with Indian labor law and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of HR operations or People Operations experience supporting an India-based workforce.
• Proficiency with payroll administration, HRIS platforms, and Indian statutory compliance including EPF, ESI, and tax withholding.
• Full-time remote position with broad ownership across the people function.
• Autonomy to shape scalable HR processes and directly influence the employee experience.
