Second Wind by Joveo provides marketing services, staffing and recruiting, and technology, information, and media services.

• Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach;
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like;
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists;
• Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback;
• Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health;
• Champion candidate experience throughout the process.
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;
• Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter and modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday;
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search;
• Proactive candidate engagement and a white-glove approach;
• Comfortable with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology;
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to handle sensitive information;
• Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels;
• Action-oriented approach and structured problem-solving;
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
