Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) Remote (with travel for events and partnership engagement) Help Build the Workforce Behind Extraordinary Patient Care

We are looking for a Talent Strategy Lead to help shape the future workforce of one of the nation's leading academic health systems. This is not a traditional recruiting role. It is a unique opportunity to influence how Stanford Health Care attracts, develops, and engages talent across the organization through executive recruitment partnerships, workforce development programs, community engagement, academic partnerships, and strategic talent initiatives.

  • Partner with executive leaders and search firms on leadership recruitment initiatives.
  • Lead and strengthen key partnerships with academic institutions to build future healthcare talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with community organizations such as Job Train, Project SEARCH/Hope Services, and Year Up to expand workforce opportunities and access to healthcare careers.
  • Support strategic programs, including our Nurse Residency Program, Critical Care RN Training Program, APP Fellowship Program, SHIP Program, and other workforce development initiatives.
  • Help drive talent attraction and relocation strategies to support critical workforce needs.
  • Represent Stanford Health Care at career fairs, industry events, professional associations, and community organizations.

A Brief Overview

The Talent Strategy Lead designs and implements innovative recruitment strategies to deliver exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You will streamline recruitment processes, drive program development in HR, implement the top of the funnel sourcing strategies, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce Team. You will bridge the gap between human intuition and data-backed strategy. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and interpreting the recruitment analytics framework to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and belonging and community outcomes.

In this role, you will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that shape our hiring strategy. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy and Programs.
