Sr Human Resources Associate, Shared Service Centre; Fully Remote

• This is a 9-month fixed-term contract for a Senior HR Associate in a Shared Service Centre based in India.
• You will support global HR operations within a fast-paced, international remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, data management, and offboarding across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and external service providers to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Apply AI tools and maintain HR documentation to drive efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bring 2-5 years of HR operations experience, ideally in a Shared Services environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR procedures and experience supporting the Americas region.
• Communicate clearly and adapt to different time zones, including night shifts.
