Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR interviews and manage recruitment pipelines with hiring managers.
- Own pre-onboarding, onboarding, and HR administration for employees.
- Automate workflows and improve employee touchpoints with AI-enabled tools.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years HR experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- Fluent French and English B2+, with ATS/HRIS familiarity.
- Fully remote across Europe with flexible hours.
- Equipment and coworking budget, plus company-wide seminars.
