Regulatory Compliance Specialist
CAI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding, ensure HR compliance, and deliver exceptional service for candidates and employees. This full-time, remote role involves working with Workday, coordinating screenings, I-9s, and HRIS transactions while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy.
Youll collaborate with Compliance, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and other HCM teams to optimize workflows and improve processes.
